Windermere Homes & Estates is excited to announce its newest team member, Tricia Speakman. As a graduate of CSU Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration – Finance, Tricia brings a wealth of knowledge to the Real Estate world.
Applying a combination of extensive financial history with a cheerful and relatable demeanor, Tricia finds that she is able to connect personally with clients while carefully guiding them through the process. As a strategic negotiator in closing deals, Tricia’s background allows her to better inform her clients of key market strategies when it comes to buying and selling for the best price.
Tricia’s enthusiasm for helping others has brought her continued success in her Real Estate career, offering quality services to both buyers and sellers. With a knack for understanding clients’ needs, Tricia works diligently to keep them fully informed throughout the process. As buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, having a knowledgeable and friendly agent helping every step of the way is vital.
When Tricia isn’t working with clients, she enjoy hobbies such as; photography, flying, hiking, and traveling. As a proud Air Force and Law Enforcement mom, she is also passionate about supporting military and police families, recognizing their service, sacrifice and dedication.
