Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Grant Taylor

As a native of upstate New York, Grant Taylor moved to Southern California in 1984 and has lived in Escondido with his wife and son since 1999.

As a college undergraduate, Grant received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Later, he continued his education, earning a Master’s degree from San Diego State University. Over a long professional career, Grant has had success in banking, financial management and Real Estate, as well as ten years in the mortgage banking industry. He has been a licensed Real Estate broker since 1999 and holds several professional designations including: Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES); Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE); Certified Short-Sale and Property-in-Foreclosure Specialist (CSSPIFS) and a Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) certification.

Grant’s business philosophy is to simply follow the “Golden Rule.” What he enjoys most about his profession is the personal contact with others and the opportunity to serve. His goal is to thrive in the business through constant professional improvement, by adding value to each transaction and to always maintain high ethical standards. He is proud to be a member of the real estate profession and takes great satisfaction in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

“Grant is a numbers guy. He gets the financial details as only a finance professional can, and passes that knowledge on to his clients. He is continually extending his own knowledge, as his certifications attest, and he loves to serve. He’s a great addition to our team, and we look forward to working with him here in our beautiful Escondido office,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
