With over 30 years perfecting her management skills, Dixie Courtney has the passion for Real Estate that makes it seem effortless. While working within well known brokers such as Prudential and Real Living, Dixie found herself in the heart of Real Estate, leading several offices in the name of success.
Whether she has been responsible for guiding and supporting 50 or 400 agents, Dixie has always given the time it takes to help others give their best. Building a culture where agents want to participate has also been an important aspect of her success; a place where they can enjoy working and learning their business.
While building working relationships with her agents, lenders, title, and escrow companies is important to Dixie, she always strives for the perfect mix.
