Deborah’s career began in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the Hospitality community. Upon relocating to North County San Diego she worked as a National Sales Manager at L’Auberge Del Mar and La Costa Resort and Spa.
Hospitality is known as the “Home away from Home” field. While working at luxury resorts, it became a priority for Deborah to discover how best to create a relaxed environment so that guests could truly feel at ease during their stay. She has maintained a “concierge style” level of service for all of her clients.
Deborah obtained her real estate license in 1999, and eventually worked for Shea Advantage, a division of Shea Homes. This experience enhanced her new home and builder knowledge, which she’s able to pass along to clients today. She also has extensive experience in planned moves, relocations and downsizing transitions.
Also, in 2004 Deborah created a regional website: www.SanDiegoParent.com Designed to be a one-stop-shop for busy parents within San Diego County, it’s still active today and run by The Parent Connection. Due to this endeavor, Deborah was able to cultivate community relationships and knowledge of local San Diego County resources that will last a lifetime.
