Alison was bitten by the real estate bug when she purchased her first home at 22 years old. Before turning thirty, her investment portfolio consisted of 8 homes in three states, including San Diego, Texas and Hawaii. Her professional career began in 2003, when she became a licensed agent working in the Del Mar Village. Alison’s career took off quickly. She sold a remarkable 40 homes her first year in the business placing her among the top agents in the county. Alison is well known in the San Diego Real Estate field as a consistent top producer who works hard to build great relationships with fellow agents and to provide excellent service to clients.
In 2017, Alison’s career transitioned to the next level – leadership. Finding and hiring talented agents to represent the Windermere brand, and helping to train and coach agents in growing and building their businesses, is exciting for her. Alison is a graduate of San Diego State University, National University, she holds two California teaching credentials, taught public school as a former career, and she speaks Spanish. She is a mom to three teenagers including a Cal State San Marcos Cougar!
