Alice Greliak has lived in San Diego for 37 years. She started her career in the mortgage industry after graduating Cum Laude from USD in 2001. She was hired on as a management trainee in a 12-month intensive program with Accredited Home Lenders 2 weeks after finishing college. The position gave her a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of the mortgage business. This helped her consistently be a top producer managing pipelines of loans over $150 million+/year. This experience allows Alice to provide useful insight to her clients in their real estate transactions and an advantage when working with banks on short-sales, and foreclosures. Alice’s understanding of the loan process and how it impacts buyers and sellers in today’s market sets her apart from other agents in the industry. Her experience in the appraisal department gives her a unique insight in assessing home values and what appraisers look for during home appraisal inspections.
In 2009, Alice made the transition from mortgage to real estate, feeling she could put her experience to better use as a real estate agent. She is also a Certified HAFA short-sale specialist, has her SFR designation, and has over 7 years of experience as a Bank approved REO listing agent. Alice started with Carrington Real Estate in April of 2010, where she became a top producer in San Diego County, earning Carrington’s Champions Circle Distinction for 2012-2017; putting her in the Top 10 agents Nationwide for Carrington Real Estate Services, San Diego Realtor Association’s Gold Level Award of Excellence for 2016-2017, and awarded the 5-Star customer service award as seen in San Diego Magazine 2015-2017. Alice recently joined one of the top 4 brokerages in San Diego County, Windermere Homes & Estates.
