Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Tasha Manzano

Windermere Homes & Estates (WHE) is pleased to announce Tasha Manzano has joined our management team as Director of Agent Development. With over 28 years in the real estate business, Tasha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Tasha began her career in sales working with title companies providing excellence through training and education.
With nearly twenty-eight years of award-winning management, real estate and title insurance experience. In her 6 years of Brokerage management she led her offices to record-breaking production backed by an office-wide dedication to a positive and productive culture, quality of services and agent development.  Manzano brings proven business development, sales and sales training, customer service and market growth expertise to her new role. One of the area’s most accomplished industry professionals, Manzano began her successful career in sales, creating world class systems, which lead to leadership opportunities throughout Southern California.  Earning top sales awards throughout her career, Manzano was voted Affiliate of the Year for the North County Association of Realtors® and was the Director of Aviara/La Costa WIN for 8 years and nominated Woman of the Year three times by her peers.  She is a standing member of The National Association of Professional Women.  Tasha was a panel speaker at Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at USD and is a repeated guest speaker at Mesa College on business building essentials and multiple workshops around San Diego.  A local graduate of Torrey Pines High School, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from University of California, San Diego.

Tasha will bring her leadership, training, and expertise to all eight offices in San Diego County. She will provide coaching, workshops and dynamic educational programs for agents at every level incorporating her knowledge of transactional issues, sales, title, escrow and management.
