Elia Kovar, previously the Manager of Westar Escrow, believes her past experiences have helped her to become the person she is today: Someone who likes to help others. Before becoming an escrow officer in 2000, Elia’s work experience included years in the customer service department of a major Title company; 5 years as an administrative assistant and agent recruiter for Century 21 Teamwork; and more!
As a member of the California Escrow Association (CEA), Elia stays current on the rules and regulations that govern the industry, and is committed to delivery of excellent service. Elia has found assisting people in achieving their version of the “American Dream” to be very fulfilling. Not a day goes by where she is not focused on the Customer, making sure they understand the escrow process, describing what to expect next, and doing her part to add to the overall home buying and selling experience.
Elia comes to SD County Escrow with years of experience, and a mission to give her customers the best possible service, 24/7. She will act as SDCE’s Operations Manager and Escrow officer, operating out of Windermere Homes & Estates’ Aviara office in Carlsbad.
