Windermere Homes & Estates Acquires Carrington Real Estate Services’ San Diego Operations
Windermere continues to shine with their growth and momentum on their recent acquisition of Carrington Real Estate Services’ (CRES) San Diego County operations.
Windermere and Carrington have had a strong existing relationship for several years through Windermere’s participation in the Carrington Property Network. Through that relationship, Windermere learned firsthand CRES’s capabilities and strong presence in the San Diego market and determined CRES’s operations and agents would be an important asset in their ambitious growth strategy. Windermere’s offer to purchase the San Diego CRES assets presents opportunities for both Windermere and Carrington going forward.
