Christine McNabb was born in Washington State and later moved to San Jose in her youth. She enjoyed the SF bay area and al it had to offer. She enjoyed the outdoors from hang gliding to auto crossing to water skiing. With a healthy itch for travel Christine left the SF bay area on a 38’ powerboat and headed toward New Jersey via the Panama Canal. Christine abandoned her quest when she reached San Diego. She knew she had found a little piece of paradise. Christine chose Escondido to lay down her roots and raise her family. She loved the geographical location and the climate. Christine worked in manufacturing and then owned and operated her own business. In 2001 she decided to change career paths and entered into her Real Estate career.
After receiving multiple awards and recognitions as a realtor, Christine knew that she had chosen the right career to suit her needs. As she thrived on assisting her clients from start to finish, Christine began working with buyers and sellers on short sales, REOs and specializing in relocation services. From her attention to detail to her rigorous efforts as a full time Realtor, Christine found her niche in sales and began creating lasting relationships with her clients that went way beyond the sale.
Christine’s relationships with her clients has allowed her to continue on successfully as their agent of choice. “My goal is to provide the consumer with the expertise and experience they seek in a real estate agent who is going to represent them in one of the most important financial and emotional transactions of their life.”
Applying her excellent communication skills, Christine is able to provide A+ service to buyers and sellers alike, working efficiently and effectively with each client she connects with. As she honed her negotiation skills, Christine has spent the last 17 years gaining extensive knowledge of Real Estate contracts and disclosures. Her dedication as a full time Real Estate agent is to provide the highest level of representation to her clients, delivering superior customer service while keeping in close contact with all parties involved in the transaction.
